I went in expecting the pharmacist to actually help me, but that’s not what happened at all. It felt like I was told one thing upfront and then got a completely different experience once I was there. the pharmacist was no help, and I left feeling frustrated

I placed an order online for pickup because it said everything was ready, so I figured it’d be quick. When I got to the store, no one seemed to know where the order was, and then it turned out a bunch of the items weren’t even in stock. Somehow I was still charged, of course. Customer service took ages to get back to me and didn’t really fix much. Let’s just say I won’t be rushing to order from duanereade.com again.

I tried to get some help, but nobody really seemed like they wanted to help me much. It was kind of frustrating and just not a good feeling, you know...

My prescription was filled correctly and matched exactly what my doctor sent in, which is really the main thing I care about. I did have to wait a bit at the counter, but that wasn’t a big deal since the medication and dosage were right. No real complaints overall

I stopped in and was disappointed by how gross the floors were. I get that stores get busy, but letting it stay that dirty just feels careless and not right for customers who are spending their money there.

The prices feel way too high for what you actually get. I’ve been trying to justify it, but if it keeps going like this, I’ll probably start looking elsewhere...

I use duanereade.com to refill my meds and, yeah, it’s mostly fine. The main thing is the pharmacy wait times are kind of unpredictable. Sometimes the site says my prescription is ready, but then I still end up standing in line for like 20 or 30 minutes, which is... not ideal after a long day at work.

The staff is usually nice once I actually get to the counter, so I don’t really blame them. It just feels like they’re understaffed a lot of the time. So, I’d say it’s not terrible, not amazing either. I still use it because it’s close and convenient, but I really wish pickup was faster.

I expected to be able to find what I needed here, but it feels like nothing is ever in stock. Every time I check, the items I want are unavailable, which is frustrating.
